Briefing
Choveu Agency was invited to develop Zambon’s digital touchpoints with healthcare professionals and patients. We work from channel strategy and integration (Omnichannel), to the creation of communications and technology implementation, assisting the client in project management from beginning to end.
In addition to all the planning and execution of the project, Choveu is also responsible for renewing and maintaining the MedZone portal, an important tool for bringing Zambon closer to physicians.

As the centerpiece of the project that Choveu develops with Zambon Pharma, we updated the MedZone portal, redesigning its programming and usability to promote a more modern, fast and intuitive experience for users.
At the same time, we are also working on launching the MedZone Patient portal, which is a new company initiative aimed at expanding its reach within the healthcare industry. Now, in addition to talking to doctors, Zambon also relates to its patients, providing relevant and quality information about the diseases in the therapeutic areas in which it operates.
